I recently had the opportunity to try out the latest product from nuun – nuun vitamins – and I am hooked! Hydration is very important to me, mostly because I hate the feeling of dehydration and the dizziness that comes along with it.
Although I still prefer water as my drink of choice, I realize that it may not have all the benefits that this product brings to the table. I’ve seen Nuun Vitamins at my work, but haven’t tried it yet. Do they have the same taste as regular Nunn or a different taste?

Great question! I would say.. kind of the same, kind of different. Overall yes, the taste is similar but I usually drink nuun active so the flavors are different and the active also seems to be more fizzy (in my opinion). I still prefer water but I definitely recommend trying it since you have it at work!

I was finally able to find the Vitamin version of Nuun and really like it. I have been putting a tablet in hot water at night and it’s really great that way as well!
