Sunday Shake Out

I use Saturdays for my hardest workout of the week. This week my hard workout was a 7 mile hilly run followed by my leg day routine. That being said, my body hated me today!

On the plus side, the weather was great so I got outside to shake out my leg muscles a bit. Nothing quite like the green-ness of North Carolina.
